美丽世界的孤儿
很胖的一块香煎三文鱼~ 煎到外表金黄内里粉红微软.
炒了个菠菜; 然后昨天剩的最后一点小胡萝卜洒盐, 胡椒, 一点brown sugar, 淋上橄榄油toss一下, 425F烤了25分钟直到外表打皱心子软糯, 吃起来跟烤红薯很像. 配着昨天的玫瑰馒头一起吃了.
